Welcome to Hotel Lobby AI Maker (hotellobbyaimaker.com), an AI video generation service that turns two uploaded photos into a short performance video. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Hotel Lobby AI Maker lets you upload two photos and generates a video in which AI places the people (or characters) in those photos into a performance template. Videos are generated by third-party AI models and delivered to your account.

Accounts

You must sign in to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Photos, Likeness Rights, and Acceptable Use

This is the important section. By uploading a photo, you represent that:

the photo is of you, or of someone who has given you permission to use their likeness this way;
you have the right to use the photo and it does not infringe anyone's copyright, publicity, or privacy rights.

You agree not to use the service to create content that:

impersonates a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive, harass, defame, or defraud;
depicts anyone in a sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit context;
targets minors in any sexualized or exploitative way;
promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;
infringes third-party intellectual property, including celebrity likenesses used to imply endorsement.

All uploaded images pass through automated content moderation. Content that violates these rules will be rejected, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

AI-Generated Content

Videos produced by the service are AI-generated. Quality and likeness accuracy vary, and we do not guarantee that any output will resemble the uploaded photos.
Where required by law, you are responsible for disclosing that content you publish is AI-generated.
Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos you generate, including on social media. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Credits and Payments

Generation is paid for with credits purchased in one-time packs. Prices and credit costs are shown on the pricing page and before you confirm each generation.
Credits never expire and are tied to your account.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that generation are not charged or are returned to your balance.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Creem, PayPal); their terms apply to the payment itself.

Intellectual Property

The service, its design, templates, and branding are the property of hotellobbyaimaker.com. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its templates.
You retain whatever rights you hold in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hotellobbyaimaker.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any content created or published by users of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hotellobbyaimaker.com and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from content you upload or generate, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone's likeness, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
